PRICES & TERMS
Your Letting Tariff includes bedding, towels (bath, hand & tea), dish cloths, dish liquid, spices, toilet paper and kitchen roll along with £30 worth of wood in the baskets in the house.
All linen and towels are included in the rental.
Electricity is metered. Units used will be charged at standard rates and taken out of the deposit.
The wood in the house when you arrive is included. Additional used from the wood store is charged at £10 pr basket.

A deposit of one-third of the rent secures your booking. The good housekeeping deposit is a minimum of £300 and is refunded minus costs for electricity, firewood and any damages. The full rent is payed two weeks prior to the start of your rental. We prefer payment by bank transfer.
Cancel up to four weeks before the start of your booking and your deposit will be returned. Cancel within four weeks of the start of your booking your deposit will be returned if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
Well behaved and housetrained pets are welcome. There is a small charge for pet guests, £20 per pet per booking.
Pet guests are to be properly controlled and supervised at all times, sleep in the laundry room, be kept of all furniture, out of the bedrooms and not left in the house or grounds unattended. If we find that cleaning is further impacted by the visitation of a pet any damages and additional cleaning time will be taken out of the deposit.
The house is non smoking.
There is a cot, 2 highchairs, a toddler´s chair and child proof gates for the top/bottom of the stairs.
To ensure your stay is as smooth and easy as possible we can take the strain away by providing the following extras:

CHANGEOVERS AND MID RENTAL CLEANING
Friday and Monday are our preferred changeover days. If you are a big group and you want to get on with work and play we can send in a domestic goddess to sort the house out for you.
